Just because I have nothing better to do, I want to play writing about my fantasies on these characters... This is just my thought... only to write something in the comment's space
So, please, don't take my words too much seriously.....
ATTENTION: SPOILERS

Illuso: His stand create a parallel world where no one can do anything, except himself. This means that He is really weak, physically and psychologically. He doesn't like the world where He lives, so He have created one where He could have the total control.

Risotto: Is the only known Stand User to have his stand inside his own body, this can symbolizes the interior pain that He felt in his entire life. In fact His stand attack from inside the body. Even if He is an assassin, He don't care to hide His identity, He is the only that show His name on His clothes, probably because his power can hide his entire body and probably because He believes in himself.

Melone: He try to control the other people using them to obtain his goals. He's a selfish and manipulator character.

Formaggio: He is conscious about his capacities and try to use these in the better way. He doesn't likes complicated situations and his stand is good to obtain a goal in the easy way.

Ghiaccio: He is irascible, so He need to externalize his interior feelings with violence. His stand permit him to fight against the enemy using his own body. He has a lot of energies

Prosciutto: He is conscious about something that is inevitable, just like the death... If you want to survive you must kill, or you will be killed, that is just what Prosciutto is trying to teach to his brother.

Pesci: His stand is strange because it represent something like an object for hobbyist. Maybe it can indicate his peaceful temperament that is inappropriate for his job, for this motive his brother try to teach him how to live in the underworld society.
