Kasumi cosplay WIP 1

The Upper part of the costume is still incomplete.
For the Lower part of the costume, I bought some fabric dye powder (red) and I dissolved in hot water a small amount of color with the coarse salt, After that, I took the cloth and I have dipped it several times in water colored (for a few seconds but waiting much long where the color should be more concentrated)
I finally washed the cloth with cold water and left it to dry. (the color was too light so I repeated the process several times).
